The Nangarhar Medical Technologists Union is committed to protecting the legal and professional rights of medical technologists, strengthening unity and cooperation among professionals, and promoting high-quality laboratory diagnostic services based on national and international standards.
The Union is dedicated to improving the scientific knowledge and professional skills of medical technologists and laboratory staff through educational programs and short- and long-term training. It also aims to provide quality laboratory materials, support health seminars and social services, establish research and training centers, and promote professional development.
Through these efforts, the Union seeks to improve the quality of laboratory services, support the medical technology profession, and make reliable and affordable diagnostic services more accessible, especially for low-income communities.
